Return & Refund Policy

At ProfitableDJ, we are committed to delivering premium education, training, and licensing programs for DJ business owners. Because our products and services are digital, high-touch, and designed for immediate access, our return and refund policy differs from that of traditional retail. This policy explains your rights, our responsibilities, and how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations in compliance with applicable law.
1. Digital Products (Courses, Templates, Online Training)
All sales are final once access to the course or digital material has been granted.
We do not offer refunds for digital downloads, online courses, or templates due to the immediate nature of delivery.
Exceptions: If you experience technical issues preventing access, and we are unable to resolve them within 7 business days, you may request a full refund.
2. Coaching Programs & Licensing
Coaching & Membership Fees: Coaching calls, masterminds, and licensing programs are non-refundable once you have attended a session, received materials, or accessed community resources.
Cancellations: For ongoing monthly memberships, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month.
Performance-Based Guarantees: If your agreement includes a performance-based guarantee (e.g., “double your leads or you don’t pay”), eligibility and process for refunds are governed by the signed client agreement.
3. Events, Summits, and Masterminds
Tickets/Registrations: Event purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with at least 14 days’ written notice before the event.
Cancellations by Company: If ProfitableDJ cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event, at your option.
4. Physical Merchandise (Books, Swag, Equipment)
Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Exclusions: Customized merchandise, clearance items, or products marked “final sale” are not returnable.
Process: To initiate a return, email [support@profitabledj.com] with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not issue refunds in cash, check, or alternate accounts.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting ProfitableDJ to resolve concerns.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and access to all products, services, and communities may be revoked immediately.
7. Compliance & Consumer Rights
This policy is drafted in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and applicable state consumer protection laws.
International customers are subject to local consumer rights protections. Where mandatory local laws require a longer return period (e.g., 14-day withdrawal rights for EU customers on digital goods not yet accessed), we will comply accordingly.
